Thanksgiving Dinner Looks (With APOL) + WIWW

_MG_3966-2Today, Krystal, from A Pinch of Lovely, and I finalize our mini Thanksgiving look book. The all important Thanksgiving dinner, the main event, if you will. Every family and holiday table varies, some are very laid back, some are very formal. In many events in modern society, I believe the art of dressing up has somehow been lost. Because of this, I genuinely look forward to putting on some pumps and adding a bit more posh to my appearance, even if just for a meal.

Especially around my family (or boyfriend’s family for that matter), I crave a look that is glamorous, sophisticated and errs on the side of modest. Those three elements typically do not combine organically, except for in the brand of Junie Blake. I love this line because their styles never show too much skin for those of us that like to be more conservative, or are just simplicity in a conservative setting for the night.

  3. I love the idea of dressing up a bit for the holidays. We’ve always kept it pretty laid back, which is great for after the meal when I really just want to change into sweat pants, but it’s always fun to have a reason to look festive!
