Black jeans + Utility jacket + Cognac Booties + Leopard scarf
I love this combination for a practical and stylish on the go look. It is so comfortable and just easy. In case you don’t already know, a monochromatic base for any look (like a black T-shirt and black jeans) topped with a contrasting layer (like this utility jacket) is always a super slimming effect – which who doesn’t want?!
Cool as can be
Boyfriend blazer + Ripped jeans + Silver statement necklace + Metallic flats
This is perfect for a brunch with your bestie to look put together but not look like you’re trying too hard. The rips and silver accents play on the edgy nature of the cool tones of the outfit. A long lined boyfriend blazer gives sleek lines that are a perfect juxtaposition to the casual rips.
Camel jacket + Leather pencil skirt + Animal print belt + Black pumps
To make a comfortable T-shirt totally Ok for the office, layer a camel colored jacket, a pencil skirt (leather looks very luxe) and black pumps to elevate an everyday piece. The animal print belt will define your waist and add a touch of pattern to the outfit.
Trench coat + White skinny jeans + Black pumps + Black bag
Beautifully simple and refined, this look oozes minimalism at it’s finest. Add a red lip and a chignon and you are perfect for a coffee date!
Plaid shirt (tied around waist + Light wash jeans + Black booties
For the days you want to be practical but stylish, this is the way to go. Tying a shirt around your waist exudes street style and gives the outfit much-needed visual interest. This outfit also shows off one of my favorite styling tricks, what I like to call “sandwiching.” For this, you match your skirt to your shoes with a contrasting color sandwiched in between.
Blanket scarf + Black skinny jeans + Black loafers + Contrasting bag (that coordinates with the scarf)
Yet another one of my go-to styling tricks, a monochromatic outfit base. It looks good 99.9% of the time and very Euro chic.
Leather jacket + Black skinny jean + Leopard pumps + Gold accessories
The slim fitting black on black look is super sleek. By layering a black leather jacket it adds some shine into the outfit equation. Finish the look with leopard pumps for a touch of pattern.
Girls Night Out
Cape blazer + Coated black skinny jeans + Silver statement necklace + Black bag + Silver Pumps
This outfit is perfect for a night out with your girls, simply dressing up a basic T-shirt. A cape blazer adds polish with a super stylish twist. Silver accents dress it up and add a bit of glamour.
Skirt The Rules
Statement midi skirt + Black pumps + Pop of color purse + Brooch
This is a feminine and pretty take on a basic tee. This outfit uses my favorite styling trick called “sandwiching” that I mentioned before. Black pumps and a black T-shirt flank a patterned midi skirt. A brooch is a classic and unexpected touch. Also the punch of color purse adds a flirty detail.
A Bit of Flare
Black flare jeans + Metal belt + Black pumps + Gold jewelry
A 70’s inspired take on basics comes with a monochromatic palate with a vintage inspired flare jean. A gold belt emphasizes your waist and adds a glamorous touch.
Remember, the T-shirts are buy 2, get 1 free! They never go on sale, so you can say this is kind of a big deal. Buy 3 and then email Allison at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the post and get fully reimbursed for the 3rd tee.
As always, thank you for reading.
