Florentine Fall

Hello everyone, I hope you all had a lovely weekend.

I undoubtably did, being as I just (reluctantly) got back from one of the best weekends of my life in the “city of love,” with a guy of the same meaning.

Let me just come out by stating first and foremost that Paris has my heart. It has since my very first encounter, as a thirteen year old, when I got to experience the “magic” for myself. From the moment I stepped off the plane, I was in a daze. The lights, the language and love of the city and the people engulfed in it had me mesmerized.

This lead to a full out affair with the place. I was one of those kids who went “against the grain” if you will, forgoing practical Spanish for the prettiest language ever spoken (in case you aren’t catching on, French) for the next four years.

Which was nearly pointless, now returning to the land of the Eiffel Tower, three years after concluding my studies. I could confidently say enough to be a step above a fanny-packing tourist.

More details to come… stay tuned.
