Creative Cropping + WIWW

Teal1I am constantly searching for ways to reinvent what already is in my closet. Layering unexpected pieces in new and exciting ways takes some trial and error, but when you find something that works and is innovative, there is nothing better.

I took this Morning Lavender crop top (that is short-sleeved) and layered it on top of a classic white button down with a beaded peter pan collar. This combination by itself.. not so hot. But when I add a polished blazer into the equation, the look makes sense.

Since the vibe was very preppy and polished on top and in my (new) shoes, I added some destroyed denim into the mix to add that perfect dose of street style that I adore.
