Last week, we spent our week in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. We were tempted to go to Aspen, but honestly, it was pretty far out of our intended route. When I searched Glenwood Springs, I honestly was so shocked at how beautiful it was (right in the mountains) and all of the amazing things there were to do.
We spent the week hiking, cleaning and reorganizing the RV and just relaxing. It was so nice to just step back from it all and relax….

Tailored Shorts

Even in the heat of a Midwest summer, I still prefer polish to being “comfortable”. There are two things I use to my summer looks easy and effortless while looking put together: breezy blouses and tailored shorts. They both can survive even the hottest of days while keeping my typical style in tact.
You may have noticed that 90% of my shorts I wear are high waisted. Call it a day dream or call it aging, but super low waisted shorts come off looking very immature most of the time in my opinion….
