A Versatile and Summery LBD

IMG_0463

So guys, I’m keeping this post short and sweet today and let the outfit do the talking.

Black, red and gold will always read as classic and glamorous to me and that’s why it is a combination I default to. Casual, dressed up or anything in between, it never fails.

This dress is the sweetest LBD that is great for any summer events or elegant soirees you have on your calendar. The best part? It’s only $59. That’s a win my friends.

I always get asked about this red lipstick as well because I wear it all the time (it’s my go-to crimson lip color). It’s called ‘Lady Danger’ by MAC and it really does last all day long! It is a bit on the orange side (compared to a more blue undertone) and looks better on people who a darker red just doesn’t work (as I raise my hand.)

Its so cute! Thanks for posting! I’ve been desperately searching for a LBD for wedding season. What do you think of the fit? True to size? and how about material and quality? If i bent over in it, would i be exposing my bum?

Thank you so much, Ivy! It’s pretty true to size, and it runs longer (more to the knee) so that wouldn’t be a problem. It will be fab on you!
